MFL Week - Brazilian Carnival

Early Years children enjoyed celebrating MFL week focussing on the country of Brazil and its infamous carnival. The children took part in six different adult led activities which included learning to play football, making sweet chocolate brigadeiros, playing Brazilian Tag, making rainbow fruit skewers, making rainmakers and creating some beautiful mural art work.

On Friday, we held our Carnival Day in which all children followed a carnival procession to Samba music and then enjoyed joining in the French Cafe with Year Six children and learning some dances from around the world with Mrs. Neville. Lots of fun was had by all, and we thank the children for joining in so readily with new activities.
